I would tend to aggree with this statement..Under current conditions with many companies ( CLL included ) way undervalued, it may be a better choice for CLL to use the cash on hand for Algar to snatch up another company..Always cheaper to buy existing than to build. Monies to complete Algar can be raised at a later date.
