Things are happening fast at CLL as conditions improve or decline on a daily basis. My point is NOBODY can make definitive declarations, only speculative.

That's absolutely right.Last days many opinions showed up here but they are all based on some assumptions depending on oil price.

THE most important which can steer CLL in good or bad views is the oil price .Decissions from management were made only on the bitumen price they can get .

The reduce to 5.000 bbl/pd was caused by the fact bitumen price dropped to fast to levels they could become dangerous.After only a small months they changed already direction and went for full speed again and so will further decissions also be revieved on the higher or in bad case lower oil price.

If the forecasters of the oil price are at the right spot things could be changing again in favour .

I'm more in line with Brians approach .Until now things are not that good but to say it's extremely bad is also the other side .So all in all I tend to believe that oil price will be higher within some months so we can slowly get out of the danger zone.Remenber we are only in the second month of the year .
