First we will get deflation as we are right now. Later ie: a year or so, if the US Fed continues to expand the monetary base of the US economy, we will get a severe bout of inflation. Such will bode well for all hard assets such as Gold, silver, oil, and food as well as all other hard assets. Financial instruments such as the US$ and virtually all currencies will take it in the ear. It will not be pretty. For monetary instruments, it will be a race to the bottom in which the hard assett nations will be the ultimate winners. This is why I am invested in nations producing hard assets. Such as Canada, Australia, etc.!
