CLL is holding up remarkable well considering the internal and external difficulties. I think we have to give the credit to our "bellowed competition" UTS which refused the takeover offer. Can anybody else add some more reason for this relative strength?

Yes I have the same conclusion .Could the strenght be explained by actions like Total on UTS ,now Buffet etc..Maybe shorts won't take the risk with these rumours.
