RBC has the followng listed for CLL 2008 Q3

Total Assets 1.370 Billion

Total Liabilities 873 million

Total Equity 497 million

Oustanding Shares 211 million

FOR EVERYONE WITH VISIONS OF TAKEOVERS DANCING IN THEIR HEADS.

shareholder value of equity is $2.36 per share and that only covers cash on hand ( which converts into debt as it's spent), accounts rec and plants and a few other things. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE OIL RESERVES.

It's highly unlikely this puppy will be taken over as it has enough cash to ride out the storm.However if it is taken over the starting price will be at least whatever the total equity is divided by the outstanding shares.
