What does the article that you posted concerning the US governments buying American products first have to do with Connacher Oil & Gas and specifically the Montana Refining Company Inc. which is a Delaware Corporation? (Annual Report 2006 page 26)

The MRC has contracts to sell aviation fuel to the US airforce base in Great Falls Montana. The asphalt that paved the runways there was supplied by MRC. Also, as reported in the conference call 250,000 barrels of asphalt has already been presold in the United States in Montana and surrounding states. The Montana Refining Company Inc. is located in the United States. It is incorporated in the United States, most of its employees are American in Great Falls Montana, it respects US and Montana environmental laws and its pays its taxes in US dollars in the United States. Buying American is what American states and the US federal government is doing when they buy products from the Montana Refining Company Inc.

P.S. I forgot to mention in my original posting on the Conference Call concerning Asphalt Sales but it was also stated that some bottlenecks have been worked out in the MRC refinery and its production is now 10,000 barrels per day which many people may have missed this morning.
