We advanced our EIA application, aimed at securing approval to expand our oil sands operations to 44,000 bb/d 2011"

Is that a goal they can achieve in 2011 ?Algar is not finished yet and until now we don't even know when they gonna proceed.Suppose they start building after summer then site will be finished maybe half 2010 and then we have the ramp up etc..So 2011 for 44.000 bpd looks not possible to me.or they must expand POD 1 with drilling extra wells etc..

Nothing heard about that issue on the cc and how they gonna finance that project ?
