I sense and can appreciate your frustration. It's clear that management lacks direction and IMO should be replaced (maybe it's just DG that should go, but it sounds like the others are "YES" team players - or, are as incompetent as DG when it comes to financing).
I believe it's time he steps down and CLL find in a new CEO with a"finance" background - enough of the "marketeer" style CEO. Every large corporation goes through different cycles, and CLL now needs financing and operational specialists - the marketing BS should be behind us......think about it, our biggest sales pitch of the "3-prong approach" is now a liability when seeking funding or other partners.....again a marketing ploy....
Btw, you're right, when we dilute with more shares we are selling more of the company - today WE (the original shareholders of CLL BEFORE the issuance) will own HALF the company....
