If I might be so presumptious, the matter you need to be careful of is that she not throw your as* out. Been there, done that. Trust me, it is not pleasant. In my case, the action took place shortly after her parents death but, prior to her receiving the 3 million dollars left her in their wills and tusts. Then she sued me for well over 50% of my assets. Had to stall the legalities for three years until she figured out there was "no way, no how", she was going to get away with that bit of theft.
