I finally have some cash to do that. But want to buy as low as possible and get as many shares as I can. The way this stock has performed in the past I can't help but think it will go down again before it goes much higher from here.

I have just been burned before, bought a bunch of shares and then watched the price drop 20% - 30% over the next week.
