$15 is extrapolation we were over $5 with near 10000/bbl and WTIbbl over $125,with oil prin]med to reach simmilar heights and Connacher more than likely will have 20000+ in its sights with a second pod,I feel its not to far fetched to see $15+,remember I am a firm beleiver in Peak Oil still its JMVHO eh?
