Now that we have suffered the considerable dilution represented by the recent financing(s), with attendant significant expansion in outstanding shares, plus the new shares to be distributed to the "insiders", since they are not subject to the affects of dilution, the longer we wait for the proceeds of the financing to be put to effective use, the greater the impact upon the SP on a progressive basis will be. It is my conclusion and opinion that management has a responsibility to move with all reasonable haste to effectively put the funds raised to use . To not do so would be unreasonable and abusive to the long suffering common shareholders who have for a protracted period supported Connacher.
