At least for me, I think everyone's waiting to see if we get debt financing and move forward with Algar. The mood here seems to somewhat portend disappointment with further debt, but contrarily I see positives in that case and would consider further investment. And with further debt and progression with Algar, I would feel even more confident with our future.

IMO if further (reasonable) financing arrangements aren't forthcoming, we would be adversely impacted. But all this of course is based on my vague understanding of earnings and principal/interest payments coming due in a few years, and also of course on a reasonable profit on the bitumen (and other operations).
