Though I am not sure, it would seem likely that Management of Connacher has the same right of "option shares" in Petrolifera as is true of Connacher itself and further, they are not likely subject to the effects of dilution as is true of Connacher. If such is accurate, are the shareholders of Connacher by management fiat, being compelled to fund preferential treatment of those "insiders" with a dual management role in both Connacher and Petrolifera? If so, it would seem to be a case of egregious quadruple dipping!
