Hi BKM,

I agree with you about cll getting PDP shares at good price. I think they should have purchased even more increasing CLL's sake to maybe 40%. PDP has a potential. You rem they did very well in a very short time. If Argentina did not screw them, PDP would be traing at 30/share by now. It was profitable until recently.

Problem is CLL, I do not see how the share price will steadly increase even if Algar is a success, am sure it be accomplished, but, with 20,000 bb/d how would the sp rise. With the massive dilution and 1B debt. But if PDP does well, I know not many ppl believe this, but cll will do good. If the shares price goes even to even to 20 and pdp is sold, it will be 600 m, halfing the debt. Then with that reduced debt, and oil staus where it is now and production is 20,000bbl and approval for expansion, then and only then CLL will appreciate in price. Until then to my chargin (Iaveraged 3.50) cll will languish in betweem where it is now and 1.50.

Can some one tell me how cll sp will increase without pdp with this massive debt and dilution. Scott analysed it for me, but still am skeptical and apprehensive.

Believe
