to add to what Rebels pointed out,there has not been a significant Refinerey built in the last 20 TWENTY-30 Thirty YEARs,kinda makes me think Major Refinery investors dont want to be left holding the bag with no oil to be found that have a PROFITABLE price,Here in the East we have the cancellation of a refinerey by the Irving Group,seems to me they are waiting on higher price of bbl before going forward,just a word on MANNIPULATION,wasnt to long ago we had ANALystss predicting a mojor DROP in the DOW and TSE Indexes,last time I looked they were heading to record highs,we had all manner of negative ANALysis on Gasoline prices tanking on the end of summer driving,yet the fact is its increasing,now the Mannipulation is not all about bashing we also have the pumping vis a vis $200/bbl.Some posts on the Connacher 's board are lending creedence to both the bashing and pumping and this is all part and parcel of Mannipulation trying to steer the buys and the sells of stocks like Connacher.??
