Why do you think it was called a "pilot" and why only half the size of Great Divide? Are you aware of any significant engineering or procedural changes in what they're trying to do with this project that significantly differentiates from the GD? I would have assumed that if they're working partially with Connacher, and if Connacher thought that the GD and Algar designs were the best approach, then that same basic concept would be used at AOS. But maybe Connacher feels that they could make some big changes in their approach? Or maybe the connection between AOS and CLL is not as strong as I had assumed?
