Really nice! If you are right, then in fact Management intentionally set out to deceive many of their own investors which would of course work to cause many investors a loss. Further, such loss would be at the instigation and encouragement of your companys own Management. There is a term which starts with w which would accurately describe such pre planned behavior!! Such behavior would I believe also be actionable by legal recourse!
