Isn't it also possible that the shut down before they ever achieved full capacity affected the resevoir characteristics in ways that they did not anticipate and the 2.7 SAR that the 10000 barrels was based on is now not technically achievable with the current equipment. It's obvious that pod1 is now steam limited and that is why they are installing pumps and drilling two new well pairs.
