Sharky:

Yes, I have long remembered Gusella's statement regarding "no more dilution", prior to construction of Algar. Then of coure we all woke up to a halving of the valuation of our CLL investment due to dilution. Then, just to demonstrate good form it shrunk by another 40 % just for S&G. What would one call the statement about no dilution? Arrogance, an accident of communication, or badly misinformed naivete at the exact wrong time?
