I have to agree with CGY and Cornergas on this point.

Algar construction, contracted out to outsiders (DRIFTER Boys) is going fine but history of POD1 rump up and additional CAPEX of over $100 million dollars spent over the budget and paid by the share holders, suggest that Algar future is not written in stones.

All CLL investors know by now that CLL management is not capable to deliver the positive return to their shareholders (see excellent point brought by Booster and Believe). This suggests that the CLL SP appreciation can only be achieved by the take over or partnership speculation.

The same thing happen in January 2009 and May 2009. CLL SP moved on the takeover speculation (Over $1.6 in Jan 2009 and over $1,5 in May 2009) just to correct to $1.2 price range.

So, enjoy the ride free of charge (courtesy of market hype- majority of trades today done by Small investors as oppose the institutional investor). Discussion on this board about CLL fundamentals will not change the outcome of this run-up. It is all about HYPE.

PS. Do not forget to take the profit before the music stops.

One more thing. Some of you are trying to convert the believers to the realist or skeptics. It is like converting the Muslim to the Catholic. It is not going to happen and I suggest that you are wasting your valuable time.
