Expansion isn't going to happen real quick. First they have to commission, then steam then get it up to design capacity. This will take some time.

I know you are hoping your candle colors drop the SP, but with the big drop in the markets and the oil drop, CLL still managed a 2 cent increase. Some times you have to look at what is actually happening as opposed to the candles
