Yes there was the matter of a seriously mistaken order here in the States on PG that set off the panic that caused a 1,000 point drop in the Dow. That is if one accepts that as a true explanation. But, the panic and fear was palpable and convincing. I am still concerned that we are standing on the edge of an abyss which we want no part of. The Bond vigilantes will go from one debtor nation to the next. Eventually ending with the largest of all debtors. The US! Let us hope that things can hold together long enough for Connacher to pull some rabbits out of the hat. This is neither pretty or comfortable!
