Smart Money chart shows the Pros have been out since late April/early May - meaning the public has control (not bullish because you need the pros to move price). Although the Pros have bounced from the bottom, volume is still low to take control (blue line is below red line at bottom of chart indicator).

I also posted the current Price targets (either up or down) to watch as either support or resistance.
