Obama stated budget for infrastructure is miniscule. Additionally, he has funds leftover from his initial stimulus plan which he has never been spent. The bulk of spending stimulus has gone in the way of payoffs to the Labor Unions, Teacher Unions, and other non productive payoffs of political cronies. Obama has likely moved too late in the election cycle to again hoodwink the Amercan voting population which is very angry. Obama standings in the polls is cratering!
