First I don't think they will exit at 16500 bbl/d, more like 14000. They need a decent spread on the light/heavy oil as well. Their netback will probably be a little better. All in all they don't do a very good job with production, their financing, or their hedging. They most likely will meet all pmts, but until they get to 16500 plus bbl/d, they will not be taken seriously enough to raise the SP.
