So, the bottom line remains the same. Management is in on a conspiracy to gain by dis-advantaging the retail investor. This amounts to a blatant conflict of interest resulting in participatory involvement and benefit in their own stock holdings based on information not available to the public in general. Let alone the public being permitted to participate in the manipulated largesse!
