Connacher is a growing exploration, development and production company with a focus on producing bitumen and expanding its in-situ oil sands projects located near Fort McMurray, Alberta
The idea that Gusella says he may well hold on to the stock that he gets in return for the sale of Petrolifera is a scary thought. Based on my observation that Gusella does well only on stock which he acquires by deeply discounted CLL option shares, which all of us here inordinately subsidize based on the deep discount Gusella gets as well as stock gained by such is exempt from the effects of dilution ) also subsidized by all here) is a scary thought. Connacher by and for the sole benefit of the institutions and insiders. Common shareholders are of course only good for sustaining the Corporation and insiders as they volunteer for endless dilution and other means of victimization! PO'd? You bet!
