Well I have been reading and learning from all of your posts for over a year now, thank you! This was the best forum I could find on connacher, a very mature crowd (except for all the drama lately :) I can't stand stockhouse, too much bs, here I can't wait to read the next post because I know it's usually going to be good. I bought connacher in oct 09 (good timing according to a couple of you) it was one of my first investments, it surged from 1.07 to 1.88, I was hooked. Then after the fact I bought investing for dummies for canadians and did the whole investopedia thing, when I found out connacher's debt for the first time I thought it was a type o! Shoot and ask questions later, well I got lucky!

Anyway, I think there are good things coming for this stock in the near future. I just went over the january slide presentation and the q3 results again (i'm heavily invested at this point, bought up at 1.2 recently) and I know a lot of you don't like Richard and the team but there is a lot of experience between them! In terms of years in the industry anyway... Q3 wasn't horrible and that was with only half of the production that we're going to see in Q4 (production was 2% shy of forecast in january slides, not worried). The three wells their drilling may strike black gold, pdp sold is a relief and i would much rather see them hold gte than pdp. Battrum added 57 mil to the balance sheet. Last time Eric Nutall was talking connacher on bnn said he met with the team and understands what their doing in a good way, he recommened buy sometime in 2010. The january pres said they would consider selling other nat gas properties, and oil is up! My whole play was based on 140 oil back in 09, maybe this summer it'll happen, everything seems to pointing that way. My other investment is su, it's been doing great! It's so hard to see the markets up so much and connacher even or down a bit, I hope in the next couple of months we get rewarded for our patience, i hope the markets reacts swiftly to good connacher news, and i hope... if it's still stagnant by april fools I gotta finally give up on this one.
