Agree that oil will not likely go to $200.00 this time around barring some extreme situation. Like the middle east truly blowing up. Which is always a possibility observing the current situation in the region. It would not surprise me to see them let it run a bit however so as to probe and test world market reaction.

Another potential is for is for Hamas and its cohorts in conjunction with Iran to try to pull something off with respect to Israel. Then all bets would truly be off!
