Then by my approach, you ship Canadian petroleum elsewhere in the world. It is my opinion that the problem comes from governnment. Not the oil industry. However, wherever the impediment comes from, the objective is to remove the impediment interferring with your product flow. By my approach such is achieved regardless of the source of obstruction.
