Long time no hear, hope your holidays were good..
I've got a different take on the joint venture..I interpreted it as that CLL really didn't want to do a JV in the first place but felt it was forced to because of economic conditions at the time..CLL feels conditions have improved so they're putting a JV on hold or at least holding out for a better deal. This makes sense..It could also be that they feel a buyout would be better than a JV or it could also mean that negotiations foe sale are continuing..Don't know and don't really care as long as CLL is in a position to carry on without further debt or dilution, which appears to be the case.
