It's obvious that a deal is underway. They are waiting for GLJ Report.

-Peter D. Sametz, who was the right hand of Gusella, and future number1. IMO, he quits because the company will be bought and he knows that the buyer will put his people in place. By the way i always found that Sametz have the profile of Smithers and Gusella Mr.Burns in The Simpson...

-JV on hold: You don't hold a JV because you think that you can do it alone based on a better than expect quarter.

IMO Athabasca Oil Sand, is the the mysterious buyer and a deal is underway...
