I rely on others to tell me how spinco's etc will work... but... in my simple mind... I think the Teck agreement is really centered around the main SC deposit and the BFS... everything else is open to wheeling and dealing after the BFS tells and triggers the main story.

I think it is quite possible that after a simple Teck earn-in and some wheelign and dealing on what properties will be included or not that CUU emerges on the other side with a large chunk of property that will be absolved of the Teck Agreement or somehow addressed in a new Agreement.

That is... if there is a CUU after BFS...
