There needs to be some serious improvement in the SP for Teck to get their shareholders onside.

We can claim that the valuation will be based on pounds in the ground, because we have a level of familiarity with the property.

A Teck shareholder given a company offer with the minimum 200% premium that we are expecting may vote to tar and feather their BOD.

Somehow this thing needs to get back above $2 for the Teck shareholders to accept the buyout numbers we expect Elmer to demand.
