I'm just wetting my feet as far as doing DD is concerned so bear with me folks . I live in Trail B.C. , where Teck Cominco is . Around here local sentiment is that Teck is a family business of the Keevil family , Warren B. Keevil is chairman of the board and Warren B. Keevil III is also on the board of directors . Teck has two types of shares TCK.A [ 9.3M outstanding ] and TCK.B [ 581.4M outstanding ] . I'm assuming that the TCK.A shares are voting and the TCK.B are non-voting . I'm also assuming that the Keevils own enough of the TCK.A shares that they can do whatever they want , which includes hand picking the other BOD's and greenlighting any expenditures without fear of Shareholder backlash . I'm looking forward to any thoughts on this
