CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
I sure hope Silver numbers are in the BFS
Hmm I don't think they will be. The BFS is based on the June 2011 RE (that had no silver).
I do think it's a good things as the new RE should have the new 2011 drilling and the silver. As Teck takes 120 days....again..if they dare. It would take max 1 week to upgrade the RE as they already ahve the block model. Just punch i nteh numbers
And even if an offer did come beofre the new RE....offers take 2-4 months to materialise. It would still give enough time for CUU to release a revised BFS.
That's when the bidding war starts.
In the end..it's better for us. CUU is keeping all the goodies for the end.
The point is not to get 1 offer (they already know they will) the point is to get many.
