Yes it is even better because your numbers are slightly off. CEO said they'd be at 400K by end of 2011. and its 200% of that!

The expansion @QB is only 35% still needs approval? or is this for sure?

Anyways I came to same conclusion. We heard today something that was said that wasnt said if you know what I mean.
