I believe CIC will be the interest (thru Teck) to buy an equity position in the deposit.

In saying that, beside the Liard Xstrata connection...

there is one more that may factor (doubt it) but nevertheless

Abacus Mining Ajax deposit (Kamloops), Teck has had a position in it from the beginning

KGHM (Polish) have a 51% interest in the deposit upon completion of BFS

KGHM is the 9th largest Cu producer and 3rd largest Ag producer
