I for one hope they dont back in......this paper would be worth well over any estimates weve seen for a buy out so far. Thats the best case scenario Snake....you do understand how the agreement works I hope.

As for Teck.....why on earth would they say no to 75% of a deposit of this size for $260 million? Thats like me giving someone a quarter and getting 3 bucks back.

Maybe no gaurantee....but logic and rationale sure do point that way.
