I had a chance to think about this through Christmas. I am thinking that perhaps this will all may come down very quickly with an accepted buyout offer from Teck by ES + EE. Everything is just way too promising to mess around with 120 day time clocks, etc. Teck obviously holds ES in high regard by appointing him as a director to Liard. Nice vote of confidence, isn't it.

I suspect there are have been some important off-the-record negotiations between the two parties of what it would take to put a bow on this and move everything over to Teck in my humble opinion.

I also suspect that it will all be over with by March 31, 2012.

Just thoughts. I am enjoying the wait.
