Buyout will be based on Fair Market Value.

IMOP the SP is low due to the fact that there is no Bankable Feasability Study Completed. Many Large investors wont touch it untill there is more proof of the assets and economics .Untill then anyone with a large number of shares just has to keep selling a handfull at a time to keep the price down.

If Ernesto wants 2 ,4,6,8, or more dollars per share . He will get it and we will follow to the bank.
