If we sell of 5 million shares each it doesn't sink the price much. By comparison if 5 million leaves cuu it will probably be followed by more because the sp will dive. That's going to leave a stink in the air so the sp will stay down. TD will make sure of that.

webgogs, if your group does plan to sell your 5 million shares, it wouldn't be all in a short time frame. We don't have the liquidity for you to dump so much without hurting the share prices that leads to your group getting less back.

If you guy did end up choosing to orderly sell your shares back to the market you might end up getting more return back than just dumping and creating a nose dive in the sp.
