I spoke with him last week. I will dig my notes out of wherever I lost them and try and give a proper quote. (I scribbled on a piece of paper that I subsequently scribbled over with something else and the whole thing has gone missing!)

He was discussing pricing and take-out options and negotiations and the release of the Feasibility, etc. etc. and the conversation was stunted because he could not talk about insider information so he just said that he was privy to the information and he was buying.
