Exactly. And if Teck wants a partner in for lets say 50% they will want that 50% to pay off.

Lets say they buy our 25% for 3billions, they can then sell the 50% for 6billions and get 3billions free and share expenditures with their partner. The price they pay for our 25% will be linked to the price they will ask for that 50% so its in their best interest to pay us a very fair price
