CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
Thanks for your analysis Chappy. A little different than mine and some others here but good to always consider the most conservative case. $3/sh is what SC is worth without considering any value in the back in agreement with Teck, or any exploration upside, and further expansion of the Paramount zone with its higher grades.
Somehow, I don't think EE or management would accept $3 as a final offer but the beginning of the first offer to build on after that. My target has always been a min of $5 to max of $7 considering all the other factors added together. This is a one of a kind deposit that will produce for many decades in a safe jurisdiction. How many other deposits are like this out there? Not many. This in itself will be worth a good size premium imho. Here's hoping we do get a nice premium on the final take out. We deserve it with all the delays and hard work management has put into this.
