Teck's Annual Meeting is April 25th.

I would use this as a trigger date of when something will happen.

I believe Teck would want to do their acquitsition after this meeting. And it does give them enough time from now to then do finish the mine plan of 6-8 weeks.

I just have a gut feeling we'll have a good month of May.
