Just a question on consolidation

As of October 31, 2011, Copper Fox had 380,570,830 shares outstanding. What are the chances that they will be asked to consolidate before Tech or somebody else buys them out?

I've lost money on every stock I've owned that consolidated -- even at a 30-1 consolidation they went back to the original dollar amount - and stayed there.
