I don't know of any reason to "consolidate" (I assume that's another expression for "reverse split"). If Copper Fox intended to build a mine and was a bit short on insider commitment (lol!) and wanted a share price high enough to jump from the Venture exchange to the TSX in order to get more institutional investment, that might make sense. But Copper Fox doesn't intend to build a mine. And insider commitment isn't a problem anyway. Can you suggest a reason why "consolidation" would even be considered?
