WG - lets not forget that the Feds have just gutted their EA process to get all resource development projects through a much quicker approval process, and the BC Lib/Cons coalition and the NDPers will go along with that, it's a done deal. Just like we said it was a done deal on the NTL and a lot of the bashers were laughing at us; nuff said.
One other important part of the equation that folks do not take into consideration in the approval process is that the FNs are fully on board, at least that's what the NRs clearly indicate. So, unless I hear something very different I'll be sleeping like a baby; if I can get bloody surf noise under control - maybe better quality malt will do the trick.
